Production Process

Discover the OrthoMagic manufacturing process up close! From the measurement stage and digital planning to aligner production and packaging, every step is meticulously executed. Every aligner that reaches your clinics undergoes controlled quality processes and is delivered with confidence.
By reviewing the OrthoMagic production process, you can see all stages from measurement to delivery. Each aligner set is manufactured according to the approved plan and undergoes quality control steps before being delivered to your clinic. Our goal is to offer a consistent and reliable production standard.
Production in 5 Steps

Production Process

Case Upload and Measurement Submission

You can upload your digital scan files (STL), panoramic images, and patient photos to the system via the OrthoMagic Portal. If you wish, you can also send your manual measurements taken with a measuring tape to our laboratory free of charge.

3D Digital Planning

Based on the treatment instructions you enter into the system, our experienced technicians will prepare a 3D treatment simulation. You can view the prepared simulation through the portal.

Physician Approval and Revision

After reviewing the digital plan, you can request revisions via the portal or directly approve production.

Production Process

Approved cases are printed on our mass production machines. To avoid confusion, the plates are laser-marked and then cut to fit the gumline using robotic systems.

Delivery

Once quality control is complete, your clear plate sets will be packaged and shipped within a maximum of 2 days from the date you approve production.
