OUR INTEGRATED POLICY FOR MEDICAL DEVICES – INFORMATION SECURITY – SOFTWARE PROCESS IMPROVEMENT – SERVICE MANAGEMENT – PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

Our activities include “medical device design, manufacturing, dental clinic automation software development, sales activities and related services, software process improvement, software process adequacy determination, software development, maintenance and support processes, sales, quality systems, information technologies, human resources, finance and accounting,” and we aim to meet the needs and expectations of our customers in the fastest and best way possible by following modern technological developments in the field of information security used to protect electronic and documented information assets, and by providing qualified human resources with continuously updated training, all within a team spirit; to provide quality service; to comply with legal regulations and quality management system requirements, to continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system, to fulfill the requirements of the Medical Devices Management System (ISO 13485:2016), Information Security Management System (ISO 27001:2013), and Software Process Improvement System (ISO 15504:2008) standards 27701 and 20000-1, and to maintain information confidentiality. Ensuring the security and protection of personal data in accordance with the legal requirements of Law No. 6698 is an integrated policy of my company.

We are committed to the continuous development and improvement of our systems by revising information security, medical device management systems, and software process improvements according to current standards. It is an integral part of all employees’ responsibilities to implement these policies.

All employees must act on the principle of “Integrity,” ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of information belonging to stakeholders, employees, and the organization; adhering to the clean desk, clean screen directive; and implementing the organization’s information and occupational health and safety at the highest level. This issue, which directly concerns human health, requires the utmost attention from all our employees.

Our fundamental policy is to ensure a completely safe environment within the company, to maximize quality through continuous training, to ensure the continuity of applied standards by implementing our goals and plans without interruption, and to prevent problems before they arise by keeping every stage of our processes under control. Maintaining the confidentiality and accessibility of information related to our customers and stakeholders is also our core policy.
